The adjustable belt sander sands flat workpieces as well as inside and outside curves, while the disc sander handles smaller workpieces. Belt sander takes a 4" W x 36" L sanding belt (one 80 grit included), and the disc sander takes a 6" diameter abrasive disc (one 80 grit included).
